In the home appliance industry, TCL has achieved a 10% increase in overall manufacturing efficiency, a 10% reduction in production losses, and a 99.9% increase in traceability accuracy through Saiyi Information's SMOM (Saiyi Information Manufacturing Operations Management Platform), achieving the transformation of a "digital factory". In the field of daily necessities, Saiyi has built a group master data management platform with MDM as the core for Weida International, completed the establishment of unified master data standards and management norms at the group level, and established a master data management platform. Through centralized control and on-demand distribution, it has sorted and improved the data quality system, improved data quality, and clarified and optimized material coding rules.
